im 5'11 1/2 and I am 5 inches away from touching rim. (im12) what should i do to be able to dunk by early September?Advice to be able to dunk?
I'm 5'8'; and I'm 6 inches from rim. I think leg muscles are most important.
Also having hangtime is also important so you can always double clutch if needed.
Work on balance on your jumping. Walk on your toes for a few mins, rest and then walk on heels only. That will help balance and increase leg muscles.Advice to be able to dunk?
Work on your leg muscles, your balance, and practice.
Do calf raises, squats, jumping squats w/ weights, run everyday...
work out your legs
