Someone above said 500 caliories a day I would not recomend this right away too much of a change for your body but do get rid of all junk foos and drinks! Fuze drink is really good try the strawberry and pink guava it taste good and has 12 vitamins in it.

First of all, you have to be sincere and really want to drop the weight. If you're all mouth and no action, you won't lose a pound.
If you are sincere, the best program going is Weight Watchers. It provides guidance, professional assistance and peer fellowship. You follow their program and add a little exercise, you'll come very close to your goal.

You could try joining a group like Weight Watchers. It's sort of a complicated system, but they can help you lose the weight in a healthy way.
Other than that... exercise! I know you will be super busy with the wedding planning, but I promise you will feel much healthier, more confident, and energized after a few weeks of regular workout. Try some cardio and/or weights in the morning and some light yoga in the evening.

You have plenty of time right there to lose that much weight. Well, the best diet that I have ever read about is the Total Makeover by Marilu Henner. The author wrote about her own experience of losing around 50 pounds and keep it off forever(Well, almost.). You should definitely read it.

start walking. keep walking and mix in some running for short distances. extend the short distances to longer distances reducing the time spent walking. start looking into a half marathon that is about 365 days away and buy a book on training for a marathon or half marathon. set a personal goal to finish that half marathon a few days before your wedding. you'll feel GREAT the day you finish that half marathon and the proud glow will still be on your face a week later at your wedding.
if you doubt this to be true, go to the finish line of a marathon and talk to the people who cross that finish line. people like you did it and feel better now than they've ever felt -- physically and emotionally.
