My landlord has several questions about filing for residency in the United States but I don't want to be responsible for researching so I would like to just have her call somewhere.


In case anyone has experience, she wants to know what would be the best way to file for residency if she came into the US as a political refugee 28 yrs ago. Her husband is a legal resident and has been her legal spouse for 25 yrs. She has a valid social security but has an expired visa.Is there any free telephone service for immigration advice in spanish.?
