Any advice dealing with being paranoid for no reason about GCSEs?

This year i am doing my GCSEs. I done well in my mocks, 4 A*s 3Bs the rest A's with very little effort, eg. revising the night before each test. But as of late i've been feeling paranoid about doing bad and feel as though i am forgetting everything! Anyone know why, i think it's just my paranoia but i feel as if it is affecting my performance. Any ideas on how on can deal with the stress?Any advice dealing with being paranoid for no reason about GCSEs?
If your getting such good marks in the mocks, you shouldn't be worried, they're REALLY easy. Relax when you revise but start revising every night (just a small a bit with no distractions - why not make yourself a cup of tea and sit comfortably and read through your notes)Any advice dealing with being paranoid for no reason about GCSEs?
Sit on your bed, close your eyes, take deep, slow breaths and concentrate on how well you're doing and how rubbish everyone else is compared to you.
