We are going to buy GE appliances and are looking for advice...?

We need to buy appliances and are thinking about going with GE. We will be buying a double built-in oven, cooktop, fridge (needs to have water in door), hood fan, microwave, washer and dryer. We would like everything but the washer and dryer to be stainless. Does anyone have any advice on which ones to choose?We are going to buy GE appliances and are looking for advice...?
It depends on your budget. GE Profile has a number of price levels and Monogram is their top of the line. My convection oven, microwave/convection combo, and cooktop are the top of the line Profile Series. My fridge and dishwasher are Monograms. Everything is stainless. You really have to assess your usage, needs, and budget as to what will work best for you. I love to cook so everything is used a lot. My fridge had to meet certain specs for food storage and my dishwasher had to be whisper quiet and stainless interior. So look at all they have to offer and list the pros and cons. Then decide.
