Because Britain has already been forced out of Afghanistan three times with their tails between their legs (1839 to 1842, 1878 to 1880, and 1919).

If Russia and Alexander the Great can't beat the tribal nomadic Afghan's, do you think we are?





Pakistan and Afghanistan are both too corrupt to do anything with. We had our chance after Russia but blew it.





Personally I thing they should get all of the military out of Afghanistan and use drones from an aircraft carrier to identify and attack the Taliban.Why is Gordon Brown ignoring military advice to send more troops to Afghanistan?
